I am extremely proud to be Headteacher of Gloucester Academy and to write the next chapter of its incredible journey. 

Gloucester Academy is an exceptional school that, over the last four years, as part of Greenshaw Learning Trust, has become one of the most improved in the country. We are now oversubscribed and care for over seven hundred students in Years 7 to 9 alone.  This year we have seen yet another improvement in results which has put us above average when compared to other schools. Our results have meant that our students can access a whole host of different opportunities across local independent, state and grammar schools as well as local colleges and apprenticeships. At Gloucester Academy our students really do follow their dreams.

The success of the school is down to the dedication of the staff within it, the astounding work ethic of our students who go on to achieve great outcomes.

At our heart is the belief that our students will all be exceptional, not only by achieving great outcomes but by becoming happy, confident members of society. We work hard to ensure our students feel that they belong to their school and dedicate a great deal of time to celebrating their achievements each and every day.  We are a team, and we have a mountain to climb which we climb together, leaving none behind.
