We would like to wish you all the best over the festive season.  As the term here at Gloucester Academy draws to a close, we would like to offer your child the opportunity to join our Christmas celebration. 

On Friday 15th of December 2023 we will be holding a whole school Christmas dinner.  The Christmas dinner will consist of a roast dinner, dessert and squash.  The heart space will be decorated with Christmas decorations, hats and Christmas music.  This will be celebrated together as a whole school community in the Heartspace.

The price of the Christmas dinner is £2.75 which needs to be paid for in advance.  If your child qualifies for free school meals, they can pay for this using their meal allowance.  If you do not wish for your child to take part there will be sandwiches to purchase from the cafeteria on this day or your child can bring in a packed lunch to eat in the heartspace.  Please note the only hot food option during lunch on this day will be the Christmas dinner.

If your child would like Christmas dinner please make the payment through MCAS by Tuesday 12th December 2023.  If your child is eligible for FSM then you do not need to take any further action as students can opt into this in advance during tutor time or use their allowance to purchase a sandwich during lunch.

8. Convenient Payments: Starting September 2023, all payments for school activities can be conveniently processed through MCAS.

9. Important Documents: Access important documents such as the Privacy Notice, and Term Dates through this section. The school aims to keep these documents up to date for your convenience.
