Dear GA families 

We are excited to invite you to our Year 10 Academic Review Evening where we invite parents to come and discuss the progress of their child as they come to the end of their mock exam season and prepare for their final GCSE exams.

The evening will start with a talk which will cover 

• Preparation for final exams
• Assessment preparation at home and how you can support your child
• Homework
• Attendance in School
• Preparation for Post-16 study and options after Gloucester Academy

You will then be able to collect your child‘s mock exam results which you can discuss with school teachers.

This will be followed by an opportunity to meet the teachers, discuss the work covered by your child over the unit and look through their books and assessments.  You will not need an appointment to talk to individual teachers as you should be able to talk to them at your convenience throughout the evening.

This will take place in School from 4.30pm - 5.45pm on Tuesday 16th July 2024.
